1. Knowledge & abilities:

– Having good knowledge of finance, securities, and the bank’s capital product system; master current legal regulations.

– Great understanding of Finance – Banking system

– Ability to build and analyze finances, projects, cash flows, and financial reports.

2. Experience:

– Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position at real estate businesses and corporations.

3. Skills:

– Foreign language: English (fluent)

– Financial modeling skills.

– Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

– Skills in management, administration, implementation, and control of work progress.

– Risk management skills.

– Planning and work organization skills.

– Able to work under pressure.

4. Degree:

– Graduated from University or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Finance – Banking, or related fields.

– Building and perfecting the FGroup Industrial financial management system.

– Control the implementation and evaluate the operational efficiency of the company system within the Group

– Develop and supervise the implementation of strategies at the Group and its member company.

– Improve, and promote capital raise at FGroup Industrial and its member companies.

– Develop and supervise budget implementation at divisions/departments and subsidiaries.

– Ad-hoc tasks under the direction of superiors.
