The team building program lasting 3 days and 2 nights (August 26 – 28, 2022) took place successfully and left many memorable memories.
With the theme “Shine Your Light”, Fgroup members showed solidarity and high determination through team-connecting games such as: Light spaceship, light galaxy, light navigation.
This is not only an opportunity for members to bond closely with each other, but also an opportunity for everyone to look back and position themselves in a group, because “Each individual is a unique being, with colors and personalities, but when combined, they will shine brightly in the sky.
After burning energy with outdoor activities. In the afternoon, the members had a very meaningful Talk show “Future is now” led by host Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fgroup. From the emotional story of the development journey of Fgroup and its member companies to the “Model of Success” from speaker Nguyen Cao Huu Tri, it has motivated members, not only to appreciate the past, that we need to “Change for now” to create a more successful future.
In particular, within the framework of the Team building 2022 program, Fgroup members had the opportunity to visit and give presents to children at Hong Ân Shelter, which is a “family” of more than 30 orphans. The activity has contributed to spreading the spirit of kindness and sharing love among Vietnamese people.
With the theme “Shine Your Light”, Fgroup members really had an enjoyable time together, connecting, shining and spreading love.
