On June 13, 2022, at Fgroup Building, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Skyat – a member of Fgroup Investment Joint Stock Company and Hai Robotics – the region’s leading company in automatic robot systems took place successfully.
According to the content of the signed document, Skyat and Hai Robotics will cooperate in business based on a long-term companionship to resonate with the brands and available capabilities of both parties.
Specifically, Skyat will have the right to expand its investment portfolio, include Hai Robotics’ ACR (Autonomous Case-handling Robots) system in its list of services and provide customers with end-to-end solutions, a service excels in the industrial sector. This is a step forward for Skyat as an automation technology solution provider, providing automation solutions to serve the smart manufacturing and smart factory industries.
In contrast, Hai Robotics will be supported by Skyat in distributing and promoting products and services to customers in Vietnam and the region. Along with the right to enjoy many other preferential policies of Skyat and member companies under Fgroup Investment Joint Stock Company.
The signing ceremony marks a new development step in the partnership between Skyat and Hai Robotics, bringing many opportunities for development, revenue growth and market expansion for both businesses in Vietnam in particular and globally in general.
With the orientation of helping businesses in Vietnam accelerate the digital transformation process and optimize management and operating costs, Skyat will focus on finding automation technology solutions – an area considered trend but also faces the most challenges.
