On the morning of March 18, 2024, Fgroup held the event “Go Together, Go Beyond” to mark the 4-year journey of formation and development. The event was organized in a cozy environment with the joy of the Board of Directors, all employees of Fgroup and its member companies.
After 4 years of formation and development, Fgroup has overcome countless difficulties and challenges, from being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic to global economic fluctuations. But thanks to the best efforts and solidarity of all employees, combined with the wise direction from the Board of Directors, we have initially created memorable milestones.
Opening the ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fgroup, expressed her joy when Fgroup members gathered together at the company’s anniversary party. She fondly recalls the early days of its establishment, Fgroup only had a few members, yet only 4 years have passed, experiencing many ups and downs of the market, Fgroup still exists and grows strongly to this day.
Today, Fgroup has more than 70 employees in many departments and are all good experts in the field. At the end of the speech, Ms. Phuong Thuy thanked those who support since the beginning of Fgroup and those who have been and will make efforts to develop and bring Fgroup further in the future.
Following the program, Mr. Le Viet Tung, General Director of Fgroup, gave a speech expressing his determination to accompany Fgroup develop further. At the same time, he also inspired all employees to always proactively develop themselves, practice thinking and constantly learn to keep up with the times and help their careers.
The celebration took place with many attractive contents, the most impressive of which was the film of hope “Fgroup’s Treasure”, a video filled with “joyful” energy and meaningful wishes from the Board of Directors and employees Fgroup.
The atmosphere gets more compelling towards the end with the extremely interesting mini game “Fgroup in my heart”. This game is attractive in that the more one understands and loves the company, the higher the score. During the competition, 5 teams compete for each score, thrilling until the last minute.
Especially within the framework of the event, Fgroup also announced the Company’s new orientation which is business growth in parallel with creating community value through volunteer activities, starting with a fundraising running activity for charity. Fgroup “Stride for Life” to support “Dream Building” Fund, the program will take place throughout the year.
The event celebrating the 4th anniversary of its establishment took place meaningfully with many unforgettable emotions. Once again, our great appreciation to our partners, customers, and employees for trusting and accompanying the company during the past time. Entering a new year, Fgroup believes that with the wise decisions of the Board of Directors, along with the enthusiastic and united working spirit of employees, Fgroup will soon reach the business goals.
