– Understanding the State’s regulations on real estate business and investment;

2. Experience:

– Candidates have a minimum of 05 years of experience in a similar position in the Industrial Real Estate field

3. Skills:

– Project development skills.

– Skills in planning and appraising investment projects;

– Being calm and careful in handling work situations.

– Ability to read and understand specialized English documents.

– Proficient in office tools and related application software.

4. Degree:

– Graduated from University or higher in Business Administration, Finance – Banking, Marketing….

– Build and connect with Investors to develop real estate project sources for distribution and investment companies;

– Building a real estate market data bank system, researching and analyzing the market, presiding over presentations and preparing reports (investment analysis, budget, price appraisal and related survey reports), project progress…;

– Plan surveys, evaluate investment opportunities of projects and make professional reports as required;

– Analyze, evaluate and calculate investment efficiency; Assess the risks of projects on that basis and propose to choose the optimal solution;

– Manage, deploy and supervise the implementation of legal procedures related to ongoing projects;

– Building relationships with state agencies to promote legal procedures;

– Ad-hoc tasks under the direction of superiors.
