On the morning of April 24, 2021 at Fgroup Building, Fgroup Investment Joint Stock Company (Fgroup) and Hoa Long Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Hoa Long Invest) – members of Fgroup completed the signing ceremony of the public M&A agreement with Kim Long Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company (Kim Long).
Attending the signing ceremony, on Fgroup’s side, Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Fgroup, Mr. Le Viet Tung – General Director of Fgroup.
On Hoa Long Invest’s side, the representative attending the signing was Ms. Ngo Thi Minh Tuyen – General Director of Hoa Long Invest.
Representing Kim Long is Mr. Kelvin Chau – General Director of the company, along with representatives of operating departments of the Company.
Speaking at the ceremony, Fgroup Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy shared: “As the”first ” and”core ” member of Fgroup, Hoa Long Invest has had many significant achievements in the field of Industrial Real Estate.
