1. Search, collect, quality industrial real estate properties for business.
2. Receive, check the site, confirm legal information, evaluate industrial real estate properties that need appraisal & evaluation from department staffs and customers who want to list for sale/lease.
3. Update & manage information related to investors and appraised industrial real estate in the database. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data, provide data to other departments as required.
4. Work and negotiate with the owner and related departments to sign a cooperative brokerage contract.
5. Update information data entered on the CRM system (prices, documents, status…) periodically every 6 months.
6. System administration of customer and owner data on CRM platform, server, Base,…
7. Support the Sales Department to enter information data.
8. Develop processes related to the scope of work.
9. Build a list to track and store documents within the scope of work. Manage hard and soft files (contracts, customers, products, related documents…) systematically.
10. Report on analysis and evaluation of operational results, and propose solutions when necessary to direct management & the board of directors.
11. Conduct reports and other tasks as requested by the Direct Manager.
1. Knowledge & abilities:
– Having a good understanding of industrial real estate knowledge (factories, industrial parks…)
2. Experience:
– At least 02 years in a similar position, especially in the field of industrial real estate.
3. Skills:
– Skills in analyzing, synthesizing and evaluating information.
– Good communication and connection skills.
– Careful, meticulous, attention to details
– Comply with deadlines, have a high sense of responsibility for work.
– Personalities:
* Candidates have good qualifications, active, energetic and confident
* Ability to build relationships with partners
* Analytical and reporting and problem-solving abilities

4. Degree:
– Graduated from College or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Finance – Banking, Marketing or related fields.
