– Plan, establish, manage and take the highest responsibility for the operational results of the Human Resources – Administration Department in completing the goals set by the Company in each period.

– Administration Department in completing the goals set by the Company in each period.
– Building and developing human resources; Administrative management; Organize and perform administrative management work according to functions and tasks and at the request of the Board of Directors.
– Advise – Consult on establishing document frameworks on rules, regulations, sanctions and proposal to handle compliance with regulations.
– Research, draft and approve documents applicable for the company, build an organization chart/organizational structure of the company – departments and implementation organizations.
– Develop policies, regulations and manage activities related to human resources: Apprenticeship regime, probationary period, labor contract, salary, bonus, annual leave… personnel regime at the Company.
– Develop procedures for handling internal conflicts, handling violations/disciplines for employees, and resolving labor relations.
– Build relationships and represent the Company in working with labor management agencies (government department)
– Support other Departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and Employees.
– Support relevant departments on employee training, recruitment methods.
– Build and develop corporate culture, strategy to attract and retain talent.
– Employee management and talent management
– Ensuring effective administrative management; OSH – Fire protection in accordance with regulations; effective management and operation of the building.
– Conduct reports and some other tasks as requested by the Board of General Directors.
1. Knowledge & abilities:
– Human resource management: Attracting talents; building policies/regulations for businesses; building KPI assessments, building plans, training & developing human resources…
– Administrative management, building and office operations
2. Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of HR- Administration and 3 years in a similar position.
3. Skills:
– Foreign language: English (spoken, written); fluent communication.
– Computer skills: Proficient in using office software: Word, Excel, PP, Drive,…
– Personalities:

4. Degree:
– University majoring in Business Administration/Human Resources Management/Human Resources Management/Law or related fields.
