1. Develop comprehensive business and customer development strategies for the company’s Industrial Real Estate product chains, especially for Korean customers.

2. Collect and analyze information about the industrial real estate market, identify trends and investment opportunities. Make business strategy proposals based on market analysis.

3. Communicate effectively in Korean with customers who are Korean partners. Carry out contract negotiations and sales agreements with customers.

4. Build and maintain close relationships with partners, customers and related units, especially Korean businesses.

Search for potential cooperation opportunities and partners in the field of industrial real estate. Advise customers on the company’s industrial real estate products and services.

5. Establish relevant processes and policies regarding the implementation of customer development and the company’s industrial real estate product chains.

6. Monitor work performance, work progress and evaluate work effectiveness through reports as requested by direct management.

7. Participate in developing promotional and marketing strategies to enhance the company’s image and brand in the Korean market.

Run advertising campaigns and events to attract the attention of potential customers.

8. Conduct reports and some other tasks as requested by the Direct Manager.

1. Knowledge & abilities:

– Having a good understanding of the industrial real estate market, services provided to industry.

2. Experience:

– At least 03 years in a similar position, with special priority given to candidates in the field of industrial real estate, platform products, and e-commerce.

– Experienced in customer development, B2B business development in the field of industry, Real Estate, Securities, Insurance (having worked in partner development channels / product development is an advantage)

– Having experience working with Korean customers is an advantage.

3. Skills:

– Fluent English at business level (priority is given to candidates who know Korean as a foreign language)

– Good communication and connection skills. Careful, meticulous, attention to details.

– Comply with deadlines, have a high sense of responsibility for work

– Analytical thinking and problem solving

– Skills in training the subordinates.

– Personalities:
